At Ten o'clock precisely, on Wednesday, the 13th, of April next, in the George-street Market Building, Letter C, immediately before the Sale of Crown Lands (unless previously let by Private Bargain.)

The Lands Of Molles Mains, Catherine Field, and others adjoining, comprising about 8000 Acres of excellent and well watered Grazing Lands, situate on the Cowpasture Road, about four miles from Campbell town, at present occupied by W. H. Hovell. Esq.

These Lands are admirably suited for a Dairy Farm, or as a fertile run within about Thirty Miles of Sydney for recruiting Cattle after a long journey from the Interior.

The Mansion House has been recently repaired, and is adapted for the Residence of a genteal family.
