Free Selection at Gundagai

Since the beginning of the year a very large quantity of land has been free selected, principally by bona fide settlers.

On Thursday, 4th January there were 3600 acres 1 rood selected by 17 persons; on 11th January, 2648 acres 2 roods, by 12 persons; on the 18th, 50 acres 1 rood, by 1 person; making a total of 6299 acres, for the three first sale days of the present year.
