Gundagai Bridge Construction Begins

A commencement has been made for the Gundagai Bridge in the construction of a dam for me excavation of rock sites for cylinders for the southern pier, but the work has been interrupted by a fresh in the river.

The patterns and the pit for the castings are now ready, and the casting will be commenced at the Fitzroy minis in a few days.

The superstructure has been shipped from England, and is expected shortly to arrive.
