Mr. Ernest A.  Anderson Passed Away

18 August 1944  Cootamundra Herald

There passed away, at his old home at Bombowlee, Mr. Ernest A. Anderson, aged 71.

The name of Anderson has figured in the history of this place for over 100 years, for it was the late Mr. Anderson's grandfather who, with Mr. Francis Foord, built the first bridge over the Tumut river, in 1847.
