New Magistrates Appointed

His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint the undermentioned Gentlemen to be Magistrates of the Territory, viz –

Henry Bingham, of Cassillis, Esquire, a Commissioner of Crown Lands;

Henry Oakes, of the River M'leay, Esquire, a Commissioner of Crown Lands, and James M'Arthur, of Camden, Esquire.
