Obituary - Mrs. M. M. Molloy

The death occurred at Lewisham Private Hospital, Wagga, yesterday evening of a very old resident, Mrs. Margaret Mary Molloy, of Lake Albert Road, Wagga, at the age of 86 years. 

She was the widow of the late Mr. Michael Henry Molloy, and she had resided in Wagga for the past 12 years.

Prior to that she had lived in Sydney for some years.

For over 30 years, she resided at Grong Grong and was widely known and esteemed by many friends.

Mrs. Molloy is survived by five sons, Messrs. John Molloy, of Gundagai; William, Stanley and Ernest, of Sydney, and Herbert. Molloy, of Newcastle; five daughters, Mary (Mrs. E. Doyle), of Lake Albert Road, Wagga; Rose (Mrs. C. McLachlan), of Corowa; Alice Mrs. T Grifith) of Albury; Margaret (Mrs. B. Sheather), of Grong Grong, and Gladys (Mrs. G. Carr), of Echuca (V.) one sister. Sister Mary Fidelis, of the Convent of Mercy, Goulburn, and one brother, Mr. M. Stitt, of Tumut.

The funeral will take place this afternoon, the cortege leaving St. Michael's Cathedral at 3.30 o'clock for the Wagga cemetery.
