Steam Ship from England to Hobart Town

The Sydney Gazette and New South Wales Advertiser

20 July 1830

We are credibly informed that there is at present on her passage from England to Hobart Town, a fine steam ship of 500 tons burthen, designed to be employed as a passage vessel between that Port and Sydney.

Should this turn out to be the case, it will, we doubt not, be greatly instrumental in producing additional intercourse, and increased traffic, between the two Colonies.
