The undersigned, in addition to his other misfortunes during the late disastrous flood, having lost his books and papers, solicits that those who am indebted to him will call, or place themselves in communication with him as early as possible, for the purpose of adjusting their accounts.

Such as, having it in their power, fail to do so previous to the middle of August, are informed that such legal measures as are within reach will then be taken for recovery of his claims.

His business will still be carried on in his premises, in the town of Yass.
